Tracy High School

The Next Level Girls Volleyball program is designed to introduce young athletes to the fundamentals of competitive volleyball in an engaging and developmentally appropriate environment. Our program is aimed at the youth athlete who has 'some-to-none' exposure/experience, offering them the opportunity to build essential skills and gain confidence as they prepare for future participation at the club, middle school, or high school level.

Our coaching staff features dedicated student-athletes and experienced coaches who bring a wealth of knowledge from teaching the game at all levels—from beginner to elite club and high school play. Consistent with Next Level's tradition, every team benefits from the guidance of a student-athlete mentor, ensuring personalized instruction and a strong sense of connection and inspiration for participants.

• No prior volleyball experience is required to participate in the Next Level Volleyball Program.

• It is suggested that all players wear proper athletic shoes and knee pads.

• All other equipment will be provided.

• Uniforms are included in the league registration fees, inclusive of home delivery of your uniform.

• Our program is community-based; teams are formalized by schoolmates, buddy lists, and friends where possible.

We strive to strike an ideal balance between healthy competition and player/character development. Next Level is always a 'one trophy' league as we believe that recognition for participation is not an effective means of helping develop young athletes. In fact, we believe that many of life's best lessons are learned through struggle, achievement, success and of course disappointment. We strive to foster competition yet to also find balance in the ever-changing world of youth sports.
